Don t put the rack up too high or the bike might touch the ceiling when it s hung up.
How to hang bike wheel on wall.
Most bike racks have two screw holes.
Place 1 wheel onto a ceiling hook at a time making sure that the metal rim is resting over the rubber hook.
It has a simple hook for the wheel and a plate to put under your rear wheel to protect the wall.

Rotate the equipment by 180 degrees bringing both wheels up to the hooks.
Hold your bike from the center tube and lift it upwards.
It also needs more clearance out of the wall.

Notice that the hooks were either screwed in at an angle or they bent to that angle from the weight of the bikes pulling down on them over time.
If you like to hang bike parallel to the wall earth level the wheel may countenance downwards as there is no cause to spin the bike over time.
Mount both wheels if you have 2 hooks.
Each has different applications but in general racks that let you store your bike vertically wheels perpendicular to the wall ideally positioned in a corner take up the least space.
