Cut out your inside framing.
Cover the foam insulation with trim and add a small amount of caulk to the visible joint between the trim and interior wall area.
Use a putty knife to remove the excess after it dries.
Mark the brick cut line and cut with a gas powered hand held concrete saw with a diamond blade.
Clean out all the mortar and seal around the edges with a mortar sealer.
Remove the studs and frame in the header.
Remove nails holding the door frame in place.
Once the trim has been removed you can remove any nails that are left behind.
After you cut through the mortar block wall you can then remove the bricks that have been cut out.
This will prevent moisture from rotting out the door frame.
Use paintable silicone caulk around the exterior door casing.
Remove screws on the left right top and bottom sides of the sliding door.
Center the frame within the opening and insert the expansion bolts for your existing wall anchors ewa anchors into the dimples on the frame.
Use expanding foam insulation to seal any gaps between the door frame and wall.

Hammer the anchors into the dimpled sections of the frame until the head of the anchor is flush with the frame.
