Inventor Sheet Metal Emboss

I am embossing lettering on sheet metal and i cannot get it to come out right.

Punch tools can partially penetrate the face of your model and leave an embossed indentation or both cut and deform in a single operation. It pulls embosses 3mm height from the above face. I m using the sheet metal tools to create a vacuum formed plastic part as it is easier to design it this way because it folds in multiple locations. Sheet metal punch tools are ifeatures with additional attributes that cut simple or complex hole shapes in a face of your part including across a bend.

As anyone knows if you stamp sheet metal it doesnt leave the content the lettering in my case with 90 degree angle on the lettering. I m working on a similar solution to improve rigidity but when i run simulation the deflection is the same. Also tried chamfer and fillet but they d.
